1.  Social media as records and evidence for business, lawsuits and investigations, including human resources investigations. 
 
2.  Mobile devices: legal evidence, record retention, and policy on bringing your own device (BYOD) to the workplace.  This presentation will include example language for a BYOD policy. 
 
3. Data security: trends and controversies in the law, including the problems with drafting realistic policies and the challenges posed by mobile devices owned by employees.
